Returns & Exchanges

At Amicis, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture selections; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your Amicis account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the items at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
